After years of riding my parenting waves and working with over 1000 families, I know firsthand that the challenges faced and decisions made are deeply personal for each family and not something that you can find in a parenting book.
BEing a parent is alllll the ways.
We had sleep challenges, feeding challenges, healing challenges and mood challenges despite knowing so much. Enter the Middle Road. The place where I learned to get comfy with the real-time, real-life choices that made a difference in my well-being, not the idea of how I thought I would do it.
The crux of my work is to Normalize that the experience of parenting can look a million different ways.
(It can because it does.)
This work is ultimately steeped in tolerance and self-acceptance. Tolerance for how others choose to navigate their path, knowing that it’s best for them, and self-acceptance in knowing that the choices that make up your life are best for you.
Despite mainstream narratives, parenting is full of duality & inconsistencies & learning to get comfy with that can be life-long work.

I am a friendly introvert, an Enneagram 4, an INFP & my Sparketype is the Maven/Advisor.
In plain English, that means that the driving force behind how I live and work is fueled by self-discovery, 1:1 connection and a love of learning.
